Scott Geller's 'Total Safety Culture' adds the 'personal commitment and understanding' dimension to behavioural safety that enables you to dovetail safety and quality management with team and personal development.

We've just had 70 managers and safety reps go through the John Ormond programme. Very useful as it makes you think about your own actions and the drivers behind them.
Just about to use the SHE Group from the Rucorn area for our shopfloor staff.
Try www.shegroup.co.uk
Good luck,
Mark

Mark,
Don't know if this will be of interest but there is a new web site relevant to your enquiry. It's not been formally launched yet but, if you excuse the typos and any wee glitches, it might give you some more information
www.safebehaviouratwork.co.uk
Kind regards,
Karen
