Posted By Merv Newman An OHS manager cannot ensure compliance. He can only help and advise his management on how to comply. THEY will ensure or not ensure that they do. They will also ensure that they have/don't have competent OHS resources Check the recent/current "e-bay" thread on availability of resources for small companies.
