I could do with some assistance on discharge temperature of hot water from taps as I am getting conflicting statements at present.
Can anyone point to information from regulations; ACOP's or guidance notes specifying temperature of hot water for sinks and showers in toilet blocks of camp sites?

Not sure about camp site blocks but in residential homes for older people and in children's homes we generally work on 43C at the tap. This is achieved by a mixer valve as near to point of delivery as possible so that we can also comply with Legionnaire control advice of 65C in the pipes.
This should avoid the risk of scalding if someone not able to get out quickly is trying to shower or bath themselves.
As I said, I am not sure if this applies to camp sites but it may be good practice?
