Hello,next door has just installed a new gas boiler in the bedroom,that they use for as a flat,the flue comes out of the front wall just above our bedroom window.Does anyone know what distance the boiler flue should be from our window,

Not a technical expert but the person installing the boiler should have been - CORGI Registered that is.
My understanding is that the minimal horizontal distance between an open flue terminal and an adjacent vertical structure should be 2.3m.
Dependant of the output of boiler and its type, there are also minimal distance requirements from the point of ventilation to any window, air brick, drain pipe or gutter.
