Posted By Garry I am looking to see if any users of this site have a checklist /record for the examination of lifting equipment? Rather than starting from scratch and creating a new one if any one would be kind enough to let me use/ borrow the one they use or can point me in the direction of a source it would be of a great help. Thanks in advance

Posted By Danny Swygart Contact the Lifting Equipment Engineers Assosciation and ask for a copy of their User's Pocket Guide. This should give you all the info you need to produce a checklist for the types of lifting equipment and accessories that you use.
