Posted By Dave Randles Here I am begging again... Does anybody have a pressure system inspection report that they wouldn't mind me seeing? It doesn't have to be anything too exhaustive, just something that covers all the basics would be ideal. Thanks Dave

Posted By Peter Batty Dave, pressure system inspection reports vary dramatically across the various issuing bodies. The suggested information required within an inspection report is listed within the ACOP L122 "Safety of Pressure Systems" para 144 Format of reports. It may be interesting to compare this list against the various reports you see.
