Posted By Clarke Kent I am putting together a power-point presentation for construction site agents on what to look for on the records of thorough examination regarding lifting equipment and appliances to be used on site. Does anybody have a blank or better still a completed record that I could use in my presentation. The site agents are aware that they need copies of these records but do not understand their significance and therefore never read them, they simply end up as another piece of paper to put in the health and safety plan. When conducting a site audit I came across a record indicating a serious defect on a 25ton crane used on site and the site agent was not aware until it was pointed out to him, some days after the crane had left site. Please help if you can
