Posted By Simon Davies Hi Hazel Last month I identified a potential mis-use of the IOSH logo in a training advertisenment which I believe is potentially mis-leading and could be deemed an unfair advantage - this months (Nov' 04) new style SHP identifies a similar situation - page 71. Is the logo being used correctly in this case? They're advertising NVQ4. Thanks Simon

Posted By paul cormack I had a look and would agree with Simon, it also featured September issue p85. It implies that this is the official IOSH provider for NVQ Level 4.

Posted By Hazel Harvey I have written to the organisation but the advert was already in as the deadlines are 6 weeks infront of issue. I will give them a call as well.
