Posted By Ian Wilson Has anybody established performance standards for Health and Safety Services (particularly in the NHS) that you measure yourself against? For example Incident Investigation, Report writing, auditing etc. If so, would you be interested in sharing what you have with draft standards that i have?

Posted By steve e ashton Ian, Pre ESW, was with EHC at REH and covered SK, WG, EG,& StJ. Not sure if I've still got the papers, but I can remember a lot of the SLAs that I had to develop to satisfy the various GMs. These included audit, inspection, Accident etc investigation and stats compilation etc etc. Give me a ring if you think I could help. Steve
