The International Stress Management Association (ISMA) are running a number of FREE workshops throughout the UK on the new Standards. The link below shows the location and dates of the workshops.

NB The content of the workshops is endorsed and approved by the HSE

Went to a talk yesterday in PLymouth, very interesting and has given my manager something to think about (why is it I can talk about it all the time but someone else tells him ands its a wonderful idea??)
