Posted By Katie Hoyland robert, i did one recently for a Haberdashery shop that we manage. I cribbed a lot of the ideas of what to include from www.hilsborough.com. Maybe of use to you also.

Posted By Elvis I have just implemented Business Continuity Plans to enable the organisation where I work to effectively recover from a disaster or business interruption incident. During this task I found the information provided by the Business Continuity Institute very helpful. Together with the British Standards Institute the BCI developed a Publicly Available Specification: British Standards Institute - Guide to Business Continuity Management (PAS56) Guidance on a process to develop such plans is available at the below web-site: http://www.thebci.org From the latest news links on the right hand side of the screen select: BCI Good Practice Guidelines for BCM From the More Info section on the right of the screen select: The six stages of BCM Finally, on the circular diagram click on each of the stages for more detailed guidance. Sorry about the long winded posting but hope the site is of some use. Feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.
