Good afternoon, looking for a little help, or a point in the right direction.

Legally, must a vehicle (company not private) that is carrying one 5-litre can of petrol have "highly Flammable" warning labels displayed. Similarly, for flammable aerosol cans.

Also, some of our other vehicles may have to carry small compressed air cylinders (2 litre @ 200 bar)Are the appropriate signs required if they carry say a maximum of 2 of these at any one time.

Thanks in advance, Barry

You need to look for the answer in the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004.

http://www.hse.gov.uk/cdg/regs.htm

You can alos try asking that question at the hazmat 101 List.
