Does anyone have any ready made JSA's/ Risk Assessments and/or Hazard Analysis for a telecommunications contractor who needs assistance.Since re inventing the wheel is not easy May I request readers of this forum to help me put this together.This assistance would help me save time which I could use doing something else in OH&S.

Further whats the difference between all the 3 above please.

I can send you some blank forms and procedures, for your information.

Personaly, I would however discourage you from using assessments completed elsewhere and changing the company name (sorry if i'm reading your intentions incorrectly, as the circumstances surrounding the hazards and controls may vary greatly. Even with companies in the same industry.

Please advise if you require the blanks and I will email you direct.
