I need to develop working at height training for our maintenance fitters and electricians on site. At present the rough presentation is based on a combination of info from the WHR draft regs and other published best practice documents.

Has anyone been involved in training of this kind with their own staff? What did your course information consist of, and how did you ensure that your trainees demonstrated understanding of the subject matter?

I would be interested to hear from anyone who could share their experiences, documents or links to other sources of information.

Thanking you in advance,

Dave Nicholls

Hi Dave
I assume you do have the HSE 'Height Safe Action Pack' for safe working at heights which includes the video and handbooks? This is a great little package.
