It's hard to see how most of the requirements of the ACOP or guidance would apply; for example how could you relate the stipulations in the Schedule to a hand held device? If any of DSE applied it would be the stuff about ease of use and legibility of the display; the rest would be as well covered by Workplace & Management regs as anything else,

i totaly agree with John. They are no more DSE than a mobile phone.
