I am completing a vast number of CSCS application forms and our only MIOSH member is out of the office.

I need someone with a "professional qualification" to complete the industry accreditation section, is TechSP classed as this?

Ian Tech SP is not a qulification, it is a membership level of IOSH (non corporate). However some form of qualification and experience is required to attain TechSP.

The form asks for "Professional Status/Qualifications".

Would TechSP come under this category or should I wait until Mr. MIOSH returns?

Ian,
Confirming what Peter said TechSP is your professional status. You would then need to give your qualification that gave you the academic requirement for TechSP eg. NEBOSH Diploma part 1.
