Hi folks,

looking for an up to date position on the Scottish Courts and Stress. I have references to cases as recent as Stevenson v East Dunbartonshire Council, which more or less followed the ruling given by LJ Hale but I seem to recall a very recent case which once again undermined the claimant's position in Scotland. Am I making this up, or does anybody know the case I'm talking about,
