Taking the current DDA requirements into consideration does anyone have any experience in undertaking DDA audits,hopefully this is the case would it therefore be possible for someone to point me in the right direction to obtain information that aids compliance and will help me create a simple checklist for the appropriate purpose.

There was a feature in November's SHP for an electronic DDA system, have a look at:

You may find some useful help here.

What line of business are you in?
Do you have lots of Joe Public coming and going?
Section 21 of the Act says "do what is reasonable", make a good case for any work you do to improve things and be able to justify this if asked. Doing what is reasonable may mean you make no changes at all except for a couple of cheap signs.
