Having just read all the responses to the minimum temperature. I work as EH&S manager in a shared HR office with seven women (I'm male) when the temp reaches 80 degrees F (as it does most days by lunchtime) they still complain of feeling cold. I can't win, I have to go outside in the cold to cool down. I know there is no maximum temp in any legislation just "reasonable" If I put a fan on under my desk someone complains about a draught! Oh for my own office.

Try changing your aftershave - see if you can heat the females up a bit. Then you can go for a lower room temperature. Easy.
