Posted By Patrick Teyhan Colleagues, I am charged with delivering a presentation for an NHS Ambulance Trust on "How I would facilitate a root cause analysis of a Pre-Hospital care clinical incident (of my Choice) using London Protocal". I also have to detail who would be involved, examples of contributory factors that may be found and what to do with the findings. Could someone please enlighten me, as to what the London Protocol is? I believe this is a way of identifying major incident planning skills, but I could be wrong. Your advice, suggestions or comments would be most appreciated. Regards Patrick Teyhan
