Posted By Roger Uncles I am trying to put together a questionnaire for managers to complete with regards to hand tools in their departments. This will lead to a policy once we have carried a site survey. Can anyone help with anything on HAV,s? I have read the HSE Guidelines but feel it lacks something

Posted By Julie P Hi Roger, I've emailed you direct with a HAV questionnaire from an occupational health point of view. We use this to monitor risks to our polishers and fettlers. Hope this is of some use. Regards, Julie
