Posted By Lucy K Rackliff Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience of risk assessment in the ambulance service? My main interest is in work-related road safety. I am looking at cases where paramedics travelling in the backs of ambulances, treating patients have been injured in road accidents. Specifically, I would like to know whether any NHS trusts have carried out assessments of the risks parademics face when carrying out their duties often requires them to travel unrestrained?
