Hi Sonu, Quite a wide open question. But if you follow HSG65 for example you need to ensure that the training you are sending people on is right for the Organisation, for the job the individual is employed to do and of course the individuals needs. Once you have got this right, and in some cases it is trial and error you will be on your way to achieving what you set out to do. lets assume you have done this, you will know exactly what you wanted to achieve by sending someone on a course, again HSG65 says Evaluate and feedback, you should formally evaluate training to see if it has had the desired improvement in work performance. You could also give delegates a questionaire to complete after the training to evaluate what they actually got out of the training and this will tell you if you have picked the correct course/supplier. Read HSG65 to start with and ensure you are sending people on a course that reflects your company/job and personal needs.
Hope this helps in some way
Regards
Steve
