This document provides advice on what is required in respect of the safe systems of work for confined spaces entry, working in a confined space, and confined space emergencies. Each confined space may well differ on requirments depending on the type and nature of the space, its configuration, what is being done (introduced into the space) and what is or has been in the space previously.
