Usually 1m wide for corridors/aisles etc
1.2m wide for use by disabled people.
Width of doors depends upon number of people who might have to use them. Off the top of my head a standard single door is ok for up to 80 people a miniute in normal risks buildings.
Read the Home Office guidance 'Fire Safety and Employers Guide'
Or look on your local fire service web pages for specific technical guidance.
West Yorkshire fire service website is pretty good for rechnical guidance.

Taken from : Fire Safety An Employers Guide.
A doorway of no less than 750mm in width is suitable for upto 40 people per minute.
Where doorways are likely to be used by wheelchair users this increases to 800mm.
a doorway that will be used by upto 80 people per minute needs to be no less than 1 meter in width.
Where more than 80 people per minute are expected to use the doorway, then the door width should be increased by 75mm for every additional group of 15 people.
Hope this helps
