Posted By Mandy Musgrave I have a provider that has a service level agreement with a local NHS Trust for the provision of occupational health services with regards to the management of blood borne viruses. Specifically vaccination status of employees and blood titre levels. However, the agreement doesnot include the review of pre-employment health questionnaire information supplied by members of staff as these are reviewed by the provider's medical director. I feel that it is best practice to share the information with the occupational health provider but the provider is reluctant to share the information. Has anyone any guidance regarding this issue.

Posted By Kieran J Duignan Try using the provisions of Part 4 of the Data Protection Code, specifically concerned with Occupational Health, as a framework for achievment of your joint goals
