Good Day
We have a contractor taking down a ceiling at the moment. He is using stilts to do the job, quite strange having a 8ft person walking around. Is this classed as working at height, he is not using any ladders or platforms.

Is he exposed to a fall?. If so then the WAHR is a good basis on mitigating that identified risk.
