Posted By Mark G Has anyone got a sample of a method statement format which covers electrical and mechanical work on clients sites where our company acts as subcontractors. We are looking to introduce a system that starts with the scope of work required then includes the method of work and all relevant control measures etc. We already produce the necessary documentation but and are no looking to put it into a 'system'. All information / ideas will be greatfully received.

Posted By Frank Hallett This will inevitably require some face-to-face discussion to ensure that both your & the client needs are met. The EEF may be able to provide a simple template, but it will require amending to suit your needs. Frank Hallett
