Is there a way to use this site while remaining anonymous? Forum users are currently able to see who I am and what organisation I work for by looking at my e-mail address. Some of the issues I would like advice on are somewhat sensitive, and I know other interested parties use this site.

I would prefer to obtain advice without alerting individuals (unions, managers etc) that I/we are considering options.

If you click on 'My details' on the right-hand side of the screen, you can stop the display of your e-mail address. If that is not enough, you could set up another account using a pseudonym (again without showing your e-mail address).
