But it looks like an accident will have to occur as usual before anything is done. Does anyone have any past examples of claims on this type of accident waiting to happen. Posted By Neil Pearson Cost-benefit arguments are irrelevant here. Take a closer look at Reg 5 of the Workplace Regs - it's an absolute duty. It simply has to be done, regardless of cost, if you want to comply with the law.
