Posted By J Knight Hi Ron, Take your point, but we already have two different sets of lots of things anyway; in England the Care Standards lay down pernickety nit-picking and excessive details about practically everything to do with H&S, in Scotland we just have to have a safety policy and evidence that we work to it. I suppose I just have to make sure that the SMT is visiting one of our Scottish Care Centres if the s**t ever hits the fan... though I suppose there's an extradition treaty? John
