Posted By John Bird Do the requirements of the DDA apply for disabled access to a Sheltered Accommodation (Extra Care) building. This type of accommodation provides communal access to individual rented flats which because of its "Extra Care" status atracts people with physical disabilities and provides a Domacilary Service to the Tenants
