As I am shortly due to complete my training contract and become a fully-fledged member of the noble and anciant order of paracites, sorry lawyers, I will no longer be able to give legal advice (other than on very general matters) on this (or any other site).
However, my firm has kindly agreed to me continuing to provide information and assistance to other health and safety practitioners, but it will have to be done on a one-to-one basis, rather than by posting a thread on the Forum.
So, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any legal queries, I will be more than happy to help if I can, on a pro-bono basis of course.
