Posted By M MacDonald Afternoon, I am trying to arrange some stress activites/information and am looking for inspiration. I won't be holding formal sessions but will hope to speak to staff at breaks and lunch times and have a table with some information/competitions etc. Any ideas? Thanks, Michelle

Posted By Tony O'Keefe Michelle, A couple of years ago the topic for the european week for safety and health was stress. for this week I produced training for all the management and staff at my previous post, I acquired hse literature relating to the subject and every member of staff recieved it, in addition to this there was massage sessions, blood pressure testing and body fat counts etc. The whole week went down great with everyone and the staff who recieved massage etc really appreciated the company doing this sort of thing. Another few things that I did was to post a different quote each day relating to stress and added simple stress relieving techniques such as controled breathing and other relaxation measures. I will still have all the information somewhere in the attic if you would like I will see what I can find. Regards Tony
