What do people think? Me, I feel it looks like a case of bang to rights on the HASAWA stuff, as for the manslaghter I have really no idea but would like to know what stymied the jury,

Good call on the HASAWA prosecution.
Who knows what's in the minds of a jury; if your bored its worth reading up on the manslaugher cases.

The following link to the Judges ruling on why Barrow BC [pleaded G to HSWA] was cleared of corporate manslaughter for the seven legionnaires' deaths, may be of interest.

Note, it is reported that the architect [G of HSWA] will be facing a MS retrial.
