Posted By Andy Bennett Could anyone please give me some assistenace in laying out a DSEAR risk assesment form, I have read much of the L series and ACOp publications to familiarise myself with what is needed and the associated risks to consider..zoning etc, but would like some input into the best manner in which to lay out an assesment form. I suppose in summary a few example R/A's would be great so as I can start drafting my own form. Is it good practice to have this as an extension to an existing COSHH risk assesment or to have as a seperate form if required. As ever your comments and expertise are welcomed... Andy

Posted By Dr. Andrew Rankine For one example, look at my University based site http://www.gla.ac.uk/ser...epsdocs/DSEARbooklet.pdf Hope this helps. Remember that we use lots of flammables in relatively small (0.001-50L)quantities.
