Posted By Kathy Smith Can anyone tell me how many disabled car parking spaces we need in our car park at work? I understand that the building regs specify this somewhere so a pointer to this would also be helpful - many thanks.

Posted By John Johnston Hey Kathy, Very quickly I'm afraid, but 1 accessible bay for every 20 car parking spaces. Obviously this will depend on specific needs of your building use and other considerations. BS 8300 Design of Buildings and their Approaches to Meet the Needs of Disabled People. Code of Practice The above may be of help to you also. Very best regards, John
