Does anyone have any experience of getting rival companies to give H&S performance data for benchmarking? Maybe within the buildings management industry?
I'm trying to persuade other companies in the sector to all just swap data on our systems and performance, but to no avail.
Any ideas?

We do this in the rubber industry through our industry association for accident rates. Data is anonymised by the association. I suspect that you might find it easier if you could get a third party to do this for you as companies might be reluctant to reveal their data to each other with their name still attached.
