Posted By steve e ashton yes (s)he is. As is the painter wearing stilts to paint the ceiling... Whitewash, turn round, splash... is the exposure to comedy whitewash covered by a WEL as well? And when the car falls apart - has there been a breach of PUWER - clearly the car is not 'fit for purpose'... And when the high wire act uses harnesses rather than safety nets - are they then in breach of the wahr because they have failed to follow the hierarchy of controls... And what PPE (last line of defence I know) is appropriate for the guy who sticks his noggin in the lion's mouth? Can you buy kevlar neck guards at Arco's? hmmm Messrs Smart Roberts & Cottle et al - do you need a consultant?
