Posted By Stephen We have a field sales team of 30, all of whom work from home at some point during the week. I have passed on the HSE Homeworking guide to help them in their work area set up. My question is: Should we inspect/audit each set up? Best Regards, Stephen

Posted By Paul Leadbetter Stephen If you think that the responses would be reliable, you could ask the homeworkers to self-assess. You could then visit all who say they have some problems plus a proportion of the rest to check the reliability of the assessments. Paul
