A metal staircase situated in a factory environment is to be moved , The staircase has 19 risers and will be at an angle of 38 dergrees . The door at the top of the stairs opens inwards into a hallway . The stairs are used on average approx. 80 times per day. What is of concern is the lack of a landing . Can anyone advise if a landing is required.
