Posted By Shaun Ingram Could anyone please advise on the following scenario , if a driver is governed by tachograph and the EU or UK drivers hours rules Monday to Friday whilst working for a company but then during a weekend signs up for agency driving work , would they need to declare it to both employers and also how would his regular employers go about managing his hours given that his rest periods may not be adhered to. Hope someone can advise Thanks in advance Shaun

Posted By Richard L Shaun, Any driver that works for you is legally obliged to give you details of any hours worked for another company or agency which then has to be included in the weekly limit. Richard
