Posted By Robert. Excellent skills in management, coordination and communication Full knowledge of CDM and the "project" safety. Preferably have an engineering background. Knowledge of the skills to be imported to the project. The ability to scrutinise all aspects of SHE during the project. "Reasonably practicable" attitude and not tick box orientated. Respect for the "specialists. in short---------a good manager, but this too is open to interpretation!
