Hi does anyone know if you can get a grant to do NVQ4? Any ideas on how much it will cost me? I will be paying out of my own pocket so on this occasion price is important. Any advice welcome.
Kind regards
Karl

Hello Karl,
That was a good tip by John…
Some of our candidates who have had to fund themselves have gained a career development loan.
Alternatively, if you contact Steve Coulthard on 01482 806805, he can talk you through some of the flexible payment schemes we offer (direct debits, credit card payments etc..)
Also if you are keen to start soon, we currently have a few candidates in Newcastle, so arranging your first visit with one of our assessors could be undertaken very quickly.
Further information regarding our NVQs can be found at http://www.sheilds.org/article85.html
Kind regards,
Mike Shields.

Funding could be available to you, depending on which area of occupation you are in.
If applicable, (we would complete the “leg work”), this would reduce the costs of your NVQ4 to about half, with negotiation on payment for the other half being to suit you financial situation.
For further assistance contact Linda Crossland-Clarke on this email address --- safety@inbiz.co.uk
As with other providers, we can and do, deliver NVQ’s to all parts of the country.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards
David B

Karl..
I would agree with David above... Give Linda a bell for a chat. She is always willing to provide usefull information to all NVQ candidates on this forum regardless of who they have registered with..
There are plenty of forum readers who would agree!
Search her name for previous threads relating to the NVQ route..

Hi
I have emailed you direct with regards to funding. Some grants are available for around 50 - 70 % of the course costs, depending on industry and location.
Regards.
Linda.
