Posted By Jonathan Vitta Afternoon I have been given the task of reviewing our risk assessment forms. We must have about 10 different forms for the site which I think are less than suitable. What I aim to do is convert the forms into task based RA's as much as possible to cut down on paperwork thus ensure that the assessments are completed. In addition I would like to introduce a prompt sheet for people completing the assessments so all hazards are considered. Is there such a form out there? or do I start from stratch and produce my own? any ideas would be most welcome
