The HSE WRULD Assessment is in PDF format. Unfortunately I need to keep completed copies on the PC for records. Does anyone have a Word version.
Too small a company for us to have a scanner!

You should be able to download a (free?) version of Adobe Reader (e.g. 5.0) with a 'text select' tool (big T icon to the right on the top toolbar).
This allows you to effectively cut and paste documents in big chunks onto Word pages - although you may have to do some reformatting.

o to the HSE web-site; click on Adobe PDF and download it for nothing from there. They're pretty good at keeping up to date with the latest version - it's v7 now incidentally.
If you don't like that, go to the adobe site and download from there for free.
Once you have the document on the PC in Adobe, you can then save it as a Word Doc as well.

Thanks guys. Have Adobe v7, when copying to word just end up with jumble. Trying to convince company to purchase scanner. Wish HSE would also do on-line versions in word instead of Adobe which is excellent for reference but not for working on.
