Ask your colleagues thats reseach isn't it, and it will also put them on the spot and get you the sack for being a smart A**e.
So maybe don't bother.
By the way risk management and health and safety management are often confused by insurance companies.
A company close to my heart took a Risk Management Gradute on and asked them to carry out H&S related tasks auditing, policy writing, planning. He concentrated on disater recovery, theft and security. He'd not even heard of the MHSW regs.

thanx for the info frank, it has been most helpful. i am researching this topic to feature in our company newsletter and I wanted some other resources (not just company knowledge) to produce a more "in-depth" feature for the newsletter.
