Posted By Colan Ash A local school (infant) is undertaking termly H&S inspections but not making any records of this. As a governor i would like to get them to start using a checklist. Has anyone an example of a school inspection checklist they would be willing to share with me please.

Posted By Frank Hallett Good morning Colan I see that you have an NHS email address. Why don;t you start by adapting your NHS premises checklists to the school environment - fundamentally there isn't a huge difference in principles. Frank Hallett

Posted By Bill Elliott Colan - as a governor you should have been issued with an extensive binder containing , amongst other things, lists of safety related requirements to be met and monitored by governors. If you haven't got this you should contact your link on the Board (usually the Bursar or similar role) to obtain a copy. I will send you direct a checklist that you can adapt to your schools circumstances Regards
