Hi,
I am the manager of a 20 bed care home near Ipswich. I have recently been made aware that, by law, all non residential premises have to have a Legionella Risk Assessment. We have also been told that the fact that this has to be done by a 'competent' person means that we are going to have to get a consultant to do a risk assessment for us. Can anyone recommend a company in the East Anglian area who I can approach?

Suzanne,
My husband and I own a hotel in the Ipswich area. When we were told we need a risk assessment to cover us for Legionella we went with Hydronic Solutions who are based in Ipswich. They charged us £375.00 which as far as I could tell was very reasonable. Their telephone number is 01473 252831.
