Magnetic flaw finding is a specialised job as you are probably aware. Magnetic Flaw Magnaflux and the associated tools and procedures used to identify structual flores are of the same stature.
Just use the web and type 'Magnetic particle inspection' and this will give you a host of trainers and services for this type of work.
